With a background in occupational therapy and a career spanning clinical leadership, care management, and operations, I know what it takes to navigate change from both the individual and organizational side. For more than half of my career, I’ve worked in non-clinical leadership roles across the healthcare continuum — as both a corporate leader and small business owner. I’ve built, guided, and motivated large, diverse teams and have seen firsthand how aligning strengths and purpose can fuel performance improvement, strengthen engagement, and reduce turnover.
My work has spanned quality improvement initiatives, strategic planning, human resources collaboration, and talent development programs that impact clinical operations, corporate systems, and organizational culture.
